The formula
CRS = (7 x IQS) + (3 x FRS)
Both scores run 0 to 10, so CRS runs 0 to 100.
Asymmetry
One point of IQS moves CRS by 7
- One point of FRS moves CRS by 3.
- Polish cannot substitute for business substance.
- Preparation still matters: identify concrete readiness gaps.
